Storage Policy
While IDL has
a storage area, it is limited and in order to keep our storage facility
secure we have had to include storage costs for inactive material.
We
provide free storage for oversize and small size
fractions for 4 months after completion of a work order. After
that time, where accumulated material from a specific client exceeds
100 kilograms we charge as per our standard storage
costs. Tailings are
only stored until an audit is completed and if
passed are discarded free of charge.
We
accept that unexpected delays in producing work
orders can occur through no fault of our clients and we allow for 4
weeks free storage for untreated samples. After this time we
charge on a per-pallet-per-week
basis.
